7-Day Zen Retreat (in Chinese with instant English translation)

In our time of the 21st century, too often we tense up our shoulders without knowing, until pain occurs and medical attention is needed.  While doctors can prescribe treatments according to the symptoms, they cannot eradicate the roots of our suffering and identify the reasons for our inability of relaxation and unawareness of tension which result in pain and discomfort.  Master Chi-Sung Hung will teach various techniques to achieve mental steadiness and relaxation that will alleviate our physical suffering and lead to spiritual purification. North America Zen Research Center invites you to participate in the seven-day retreat to rediscover the lost inner silence and simplicity.  This retreat will be held at American Bodhi Center located just outside of Houston.  Let go of your worries and pursue freedom!
